MACHINE FOR LOCKING AND UNLOCKING FASTCLIP COUPLINGS FAC4

The FASTCLIP is a new rail fixing system that uses connecting elements pre-assembled and pre-fixed on the sleepers.
Dipsa Technes has realised the FAC 4 machine, which locks and unlocks all 4 FASTCLIP couplings at the same time, so just one operator can fix a full sleeper to the rails.

OLEODYNAMIC SCREW-SPIKING MACHINE IOL

The machine is designed for the fitting on and removal of screw-on couplings. The adjustable torque wrench setting is indicated in the gauge. The adjustable tightening torque is shown on the appropriate pressure-gauge.

SUPER-LIGHT ELECTRONIC SLEEPER-SCREW SPIKING MACHINE IES

The machine has been designed for screwing or unscrewing fastening systems. A generator with a 4-stroke endothermic engine is envisaged, required to power an electric motor with a nominal power consumption of 550 Watts.

PANDROL CLIPS-FITTING MACHINE PIP LAYER

Dipsa Technes has produced a machine for fitting Pandrol PIP plates with which the operators, sitting on the two rails, take two plates and position them on the sleeper to the sides of the rail flange; if the rail has been moved and the plastic plate can’t be positioned, the operator moves the same with a pedal that activates the aligning tongs.

FOUR PANDROL COUPLINGS FITTING MACHINE SAP 4

One of the essential operations in the laying of new tracks or the replacement of existing ones is that of securing the rails to the sleepers by means of anchoring couplings. PANDROL, a commonly used coupling, requires a great number of workers to secure all the sleepers. Dipsa Technes has developed and patented SAP4, a new machine which is capable of simultaneously fitting on four couplings and requires only one operator to run.

Dipsa Technes, after having patented SAP 4, for four Pandrol couplings fitting, has developed an easier version that in addition to lifting up the lowermost sleeper simultaneously also fits in two couplings.

RAIL COUPLING SHEARS TOA 3

Loosening of rusty, damaged, or time-worn rail couplings for track maintenance and/or rail replacement is a particular arduous operation. TOA 3, patented by Dipsa Technes, has been especially designed to overcome these difficulties: the machine is capable of simultaneously operating on two couplings on the in-and outside of the rail so as to completely release it from the plate seat.

The CR 2 wagon is chiefly intended for the transportation of hydraulic loaders and/or railway equipment.
The loading platform is a depressed centre flat type and features a mobile head (Dipsa system) that allows the hydraulic descent of loading ramps onto the rail.

LIGHT-WEIGHT SKID PLATFORM PSL 1

PSL1 light-weight skid platform is extremely useful for carrying small articles or railway equipment along the line and is thus a great helper to operators and gang workers making their work much easier. Despite its light-weight, its cross-wired steel structure and suitably thick aluminium top confer it great strength and sturdiness so that it is capable of carrying up to 1500 Kg of distributed loading.

DEBRIS HAULING HOPPER WAGON CAD 8.5

The CAD 8.5 hopper wagon for transporting debris, patented by Dipsa Technes, has a hopper load-bearing frame on Y 25 RIV bogies, a top loading belt, a series of hatches that unload the ballast onto two longitudinal belts below, and a rotating inclined belt at the front of the wagon for unloading or loading the next wagon.

CONVEYOR BELT NAT

NAT is a high capacity conveyor belt that can be installed on hopper wagons to transport debris for high production ballast screeners. NAT has two innovative characteristics (Dipsa Technes system) that make it unique: the sliding retration and the mobile head on the side where the debris is loaded lets you avoid using a buffer wagon, and the conveyors for directing the ballast in the wagon are positioned under the belt, which increases the capacity of the wagon.

The PRS is an oil-pressure press for carrying out bending tests on samples of flash-butt welded rails 1.5 m long, in accordance with CE.SI.FER. technical regulations “RFI TCAR ST AR 07 001 A f 32/35” for rails welded on site.

RAIL PROFILE MEASURING SYSTEM RAILFILE

RAILFILE is an electronic device for measuring the profile of rail heads, and also switches and frogs of turnouts, as an option. The measuring system gives you an immediate reading shown on the display, measuring the maximum difference in the profile with respect to the original, with a precision of 0.1 mm. The device is portable, lightweight, and can run on the rail.

MODULE MULTISIS

The MULTISIS module is a railway maintenance machine that atomizes liquids and fluids onto the ballast and tracks at high pressure, in particular a de-icing liquid for clearing snow from points (Dipsa Technes patent). The MULTISIS module is positioned with its load-bearing frame on a flatbed wagon drawn by a locomotive.
