an ISO 9001 certified company specialised in the design
and development, construction and marketing of rail replacement
and resleepering machinery and maintenance equipment. It also
runs five-yearly inspections of rolling-stock.
More precisely it:
- designs, develops and
markets specialised railway equipment of its own production
(some of which patented);
- designs, develops and
builds prototypes and/or equipment to customer
specifications;
- conducts on-site
railway equipment maintenance with its own personnel.
Railway equipment includes both
small machines and large wagons and/or trains with
special-purpose wagons.
By outsourcing to a number of specialised firms operating
in the components, metal carpentry, assembly, oleodynamic,
electromechanical, and electronics sectors on the basis of
specific agreements of collaboration, Dipsa is able to
completely cover the full range of engineering and other
requirements of the railway sector. Thanks to such agreements,
Dipsa has practically set up a number of joint ventures and acts
as the chief company of reference for its various Clients who

SAP2 - Sleeper lifting machine with

fundamental operation in laying down new tracks or replacing
existing ones is their anchoring to sleepers by means of
tightening clamps.
TAT
1 is a hydraulic shearing machine especially designed for the
hot removal of alumino-thermic weld allowances from the sides
and rolling surface of the rail head.
